Improving my surroundings

In the process of settling in to my new home in a new state I have come to deeply appreciate the things I have brought into the house and how I have transformed a tiny white walled appartment into a home, one that reminds me of the wonderful people in my life and all the amazing adventures i've had so far.
Right as we are about to begin our search for our next home, this one suddenly feels a little closer to my heart.

Here is our bedroom on day one. When we moved into this house we had no furniature so we had to create a little bed on the floor.
